urgent care?

I never get sick, but of course I was ill over the Thanksgiving holiday. Out of all the clinics under the group I could not find any services open. And none of their phone messages left any information as to when they would open again. The emergency room is not the only option.

I like my doctor but it's hard to get in to see him. Most often I have to see a PA. The patient flow is an assembly line. Billing issues aren't resolved here. Staff is usually hurried. Calls are returned within days by nurses not hours. Labs and some tests can be done in the building.
