I am from Washington state and was in this store to pick up some gifts. I am also in retail so I understand customer service as a way to deter shoplifting. I had an employee following me the entire time I was in the store. However, there was no interaction, she did not ask me if I was finding what I wanted or try to offer services in any way. When she asked if she could put my item I was carrying at the counter, I decided I had had enough. I told her "sure, I am ready and would like this picture also. She took them to the desk, layed them down and walked away. The girl cashiering acted as if I wasn't even there. When she did ring me up, there was no pleasantry at all. After leaving the store my sister commented that she didn't think the lady liked me. I did or said nothing that would cause her lack of customer service. If I were there again, I would not go into this store.
