I started with the firm using them for a w-2 return only with plans to form an LLC and expand my interest in Tennessee. It has taken 3 months to get answers and response from the individual that I have been working with. The phone conversations when I was able to speak to the representative did not have the knowledge needed to address the tax issues. It was always the same response " We have someone with that expertise and I will get back to you". To date no response. Maybe if you are a large firm the expertise would be available.
