Have done business with Crouch Florist for many years. They have never failed me. I have often spoken with Molly. She always has constructive suggestions for making my order one to be remembered by the recipient.

Bad Customer Service

I called to send an order and the person I talked to was not helpful. I was asking for a specific arrangment and she kept trying to sell me something that they already had prepared.

Thank you for rating our service. I apologize for the problems you encountered. I would like to know what arrangement you were requesting and what arrangement they kept recommending so that I can speak to our staff to correct the way they handled your call.

For the quality of the arrangement, the price was OK. The woman on the phone was very nice and they were easy to work with.
